Lumi Psychology provides individual telehealth therapy with a special focus on women’s mental health, led by Psychologist Rhiannon Mitchell and grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI and Gottman skills.


Sessions are online via a Video call and run for 50 mins. Fees after Medicare rebate are $156.05. See fees page for more.

🌿 Book Your Online Therapy Appointment

Booking your online session is simple and secure. Whether this is your first time seeking support or you’re returning for ongoing therapy, you can choose a day and time that works best for you — all from the comfort of your own space.


All appointments are delivered via telehealth, making it convenient to access professional support anywhere in Australia.


🗓 How to Book

 Select a time and date that suits you using the online booking link.
 

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
     
  • New clients will also receive an intake form — please complete this before your first session so we can best understand your goals and needs.
     

If you need help choosing a time or have questions, we’re here to support you.

🔐 Secure Online Booking & Payment

  •  To reserve your initial session, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Your credit card details are securely stored in our practice management system (Halaxy).
     
  • Deposits are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed and cancel more than 48 hours before your session.
     
  • If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, as the appointment time has been set aside exclusively for you.
     

Future appointment fees are processed on the day of your session.

We use trusted and secure clinical software to protect your personal and payment information.

Our depression treatment sessions are designed to help clients overcome depression and improve their mental health and well-being. We use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients address their symptoms and develop long-term coping skills.
